Going All The Way (Kiss The Bride #1) By Cynthia Cooke
Going all the way 1981
It read a little slower than I m used to There were some sentences that I skimmed over because I was wanting to just push the storyline along It would have been okay with me if it had sped up just a bit to keep everything moving fluidly I didn t hate it but it probably won t be on my MUST READ AGAIN list any time soon I might pick up another book by this author or I might not No real urge there either But it wasn t a bad book It was entertaining for the most part but nothing within the pages kept me up at night thinking about it or encouraged me to pick up my phone and call my bestie with the title of this one I received this novel in exchange for an honest review Check out of my reviews at Little Miss Bookmark Cynthia Cooke 3. Going all the way around a roundabout 5 StarsI felt like reading a romance book and luckily had requested this one from netgalley.

Tension mounts as they try to keep their hands off each other However he also works for her ex husband And her ex wants her back I enjoyed this cute novel I enjoyed the tension and attraction between Carrie and Ryan It was quite believable and the steamy scenes were done quite well And steamy is right Absolutely for adults only I enjoyed that there was the initial spark of chemistry and then they got to know each other better I enjoyed how Carrie was trying to move along with her life and I quite liked her character Ryan s character was also enjoyable The ending was really cute Totally corny and unbelievable.

Going all the way cast For me having them want each other for that special moment is what drew me in To have them back to their lives and having their chance stranger meeting turn to neighbors and then the horrible I m not looking for something real right now made me roll my eyes It was too accessible for it to grow to There were multiple occasions they were together and they both faced the hesitation and I m certain it should have helped the hype and growth for them but for me it was counterproductive than what it was meant to enhance I m sure Their personal connection was just easy for strangers While Riley was cute in the beginning the side dog plot which helped get these two together didn t work for me Once they finally gave into their pushed desire I was over whatever steam they were giving off I didn t feel anything but their initial attraction I wasn t at all interested in the job aspect of this story In fact when Carrie s personal history came out job related Ryan s whole stance was over the top and the tension this job tried to give wasn t convincing The drama felt placed and not factualMinus the few days of rest I gave myself from this book it turned out to be a quick read so that s a big positive I totally think this is all me gosh I hope so Cynthia Cooke I could relate to a lot in this new book coming out Overwhelmed wanting to change careers needing a break from it all recently divorced wanting a man but not necessarily a relationship This book has all of those factors and a whole lot that made it an enjoyable read I could get into. Going all the way kindle unlimited Light and breezy easy this new eBook offers up a fun experience overall A little bit of drama a hot steamy guy a sweetheart of a dog you just fall for We meet the hard working ad exec who s trying to get away from it all until she meets her next door neighbor and then sparks fly. Paranormal going all the way home The author gives us wonderful story with some complications that the characters need to work through and although it wasn t overly hot and heavy the storyline is lighthearted with little bit of steam and plenty of soul searching involved You can only hope that these two work it out to give us the wonderful HEA we love to experience. Going all the way 2022 The author created a perfect read for an easy afternoon and evening curled up in the couch that helps to take us away from it all One to check out Cynthia Cooke Rosalie s review posted at Guilty Pleasures Book ReviewsThis book had me hooked from the very beginning Opening with a real life group of girlfriends that are Wedding Crashers can only lead to hilarity Carrie Steinhem is with her friends trying to get ideas for a wedding that has to be planned But when they almost get busted tall and gorgeous Ryan Burton steps in and says the girls are with him And with Carrie s lack of sex life or even social life since her divorce maybe a little bit of Ryan will fill the hole that she has had. Going all the way full book The ties between Carrie and Ryan are comical It seems like every time they turned around they were finding themselves connected in another way and not necessarily a good one This didn t take away from the plot however but added it And the big love for me was the addition of sweet Riley That dog not only captured Carrie s heart but mine as well To be a fictional dog I wanted it in my home This was a great read that I didn t want to put down Reading a book straight through is hard with kids but with this one I made everyone leave me alone to read it Such a good book Review copy provided for an honest review Cynthia Cooke 3. Going all the way back What I loved most from this fun entertaining read Riley the dog loved him his antics He helped round this book to 4 stars Thank you to Entangled Lovestruck for the advance copy Cynthia Cooke Ryan and Carrie are strangers who meet at a wedding that Ryan s a guest at and Carrie is crashing Their chemistry is phenomenal Neither can stop thinking of the other Oh wait They are neighbors Unbeknownst to each other each have ties to the account Ryan happens to be working on I wanted a fun sweet contemporary romance and this fit the bill prefectly Carrie was a pushover but she recognized that and made changes It was about time too Ryan got over his fear of people leaving him Riley was another fun character of the 4 legged variety The ending was an excellent one Release date Feb 8 2016eARC received in exchange for review from Entangled Publishing NetGalley. Going all the way imdb ISBN listed on NetGalley appears to be invalid and book is not listed for pre order on BN As of today Jan 17th Cynthia Cooke This review was originally posted on Fifty Shades of Books2. Going all the way 2022 5 out of 5 Stars ARC granted in exchange for an honest review I received Going All The Way as an ARC via Netgalley and was intrigued by the catchy synopsis and the nice cover This book turned out to be your average romance novel and for some reason it did not exactly leave a mark with me Going All The Way is the story of Carrie Steinhem divorcee and burnout victim who moved back to her San Francisco hometown to live a stress free life which includes crashing wedding parties and making out with strangers in the janitor s closet. We go all the way down But soon Carrie finds out that her new sexy neighbour Ryan Burton is actually the guy from the janitor s closet and that she ll have to play dog sitter for his drama queen of a dog In other words the complications that she tried to avoid at all costs are back in her life and she isn t quite sure whether she is up for the challenge. Turtles go all the way down book I m not really able to say what I didn t like about this book because looking back it had romance cuteness fun moments with and without the dog and several layers of complications including one small detail that makes the situation between the main characters quite complicated toward the last chapters of the book So the basis of a good book was definitely there. Going all the wayf ffxiv However I was missing that connection between the two characters I didn t feel like I learned much about Carrie or Ryan and the two didn t seem as perfect a match as the author wanted them to be They both overreacted a lot and came across as quite aloof some times I just couldn t relate relate to their behaviour or reactions Also the end of the book was a bit rushed which was in stark contrast with the slow burn between the h H and a tad unrealistic or just too good to be trueAll in all it was a nice read but definitely not one that blew me off my feet and even less so a book that I would consider re reading Upcoming author Need help with a book cover design I m a freelance graphic designer happy to help you out in exchange for a reader s copy Contact me Cynthia Cooke Cynthia Cooke has written quite a few romance novels but Going All the Way is the first one that I ve had the opportunity to pick up I had some mixed feelings about this one I m not completely sure how I feel about this book actually Looks like you ll know when I do because this is one I ll figure out as I write the review The story between Ryan and Carrie was okay For the majority of the book I really didn t feel any spark or passion between both of them That s a really horrible thing to say about a romance novel but it is what it is right I just I was reading the words on the pages but for some reason it didn t translate into something tangible for me That just happens sometimes but it s never a good experience I could tell that passion and excitement for their relationship was intended I just didn t get it I enjoyed reading about both of the characters but I also had this feeling at the end of the book that I still didn t really know them I knew stuff about them of course because there are a lot of details about both characters within the pages but I felt like I couldn t really grasp what kind of person each of them were Sure I knew details workaholic stressed out career driven got all that but I didn t feel that personal connection where I could pick them out just by their description if I was in like a character line up or taking a test on the characters from the books I d read lately I just wanted something from them I wanted to be so connected to them that they seemed like old friends I guess that is what I m looking for with all books that I pick up This book is one of those slow burn type situations There aren t any fiery spots where everything just explodes with some kind of emotion everything is just boiling below the surface Because of that so it was waiting for me on my kindle It certainly did the trick Carrie is recovering from a failed marriage and a bad move to New York when she and her friends decide to crash a wedding Before they are discovered a handsome stranger saves her and she finds herself making out with him in a closet Before she loses her sanity she escapes not before the handsome stranger burned an impression in her memory When she discovers the man Ryan is her new next door neighbour but hey that s the point of romance novels isn t it It was a little slow moving in parts sometimes the interaction between Carrie and Ryan got a little slow and I found myself getting frustrated with them It also lacked a little bit of drama for my liking and I enjoy my main characters to be a bit sassy between each other but overall I quite enjoyed it. Going all the way suspense story Would I recommend Going All The Way Yes for contemporary romance fans It fulfilled my craving for a light and fluffy quick and enjoyable romance read Many thanks to author Cynthia Cook via NetGalley for an advanced copy of this book to read in exchange for my honest review. Going all the way 1981 cast com booksbabiesbeing Cynthia Cooke Favorite Quote She was making changes in her life big ones Jumping back into the dating scene was just one of them Slowly she reminded herself Perhaps not jumping but dabbling Toes first One at a time My Review For a couple with instant chemistry and obvious attraction for each other a connection should have been easier to achieve Maybe the whole premise of the book was a bit lost on me and it was meant to be about the journey but I found the back and forth to grow increasingly tedious after the fourth or fifth round of dithering The characters were likable and each at a crossroads in their life but also annoyingly indecisive and unwilling to speak up for what they wanted The story progressed slowly going in larger and larger circles that bruised and squeezed the heart before they actually did go all the way in a delectably steamy scene A quick and light read with a sweet dog as a bonus Cynthia Cooke Carrie was pretty awesome What didn t convince me here was Ryan They had some cute moments but it was not enough to connect with the hero He came off as indecisive and immature It was not endearing He gave up and even after she shows her feelings he has to be pushed into going after her I don t believe the relationship and if it were to continue he seems the type to cut and run at the first sign of trouble The dog Riley was the hero in my opinion lolARC received in exchange for an honest review Cynthia Cooke
