Unsettling and at times frustrating With there only being a few characters in the book you soon form an affinity with them and really sympathise with the two female protagonists The writing is flawless and easy to follow with chapters set in alternating time frames that flowed seamlessly I could quite easily have read this in one sitting had I had the time I just didn t want to put it down I could never have predicted the exact ending and the many twists and turns were perfect to keep me guessing Would highly recommend this book I would like to thank LK Chapman and The Book Club on Facebook for the opportunity to read this book in return for an honest review Anything for Him No Escape.

Anything for himyf season This book is cleverly thought out disturbing but hard topics are mentioned A definite 100% recommended read Anything for Him No Escape 1 FREE on today 5 7 2019 Anything for Him No Escape 1 Anything For Him is a brilliant dark and twisted psychological thriller from author LK Chapman I thoroughly enjoyed it from start to finish having such an impact on me I couldn t stop thinking about it long after I d finished it The storyline had the right amount of emotion and sympathy and was handled with sensitivity which just made the whole story mind blowing It was scary 1 I received this book for free from the author through LibraryThing s member giveaway program in exchange for my honest review It s easy to pass over a review like this where the reviewer has received a copy of the book for free thinking they can t possibly be unbiased While it may be true that I went into it hoping to like it I can honestly say that I would not have been disappointed had I spent the 4 it currently costs to buy the kindle version While there are parts of Anything for Him that are predictable it s nearly impossible to catch readers off guard these days the story is unlike many other thrillers I ve read To start with the author splits the narrative between the two female protagonists almost through the entire book deviating from this for only one chapter Chapman does this all while continuing to build the tension and dread of the reader and without making the story seem broken or choppy The characters are interesting and engaging and their conflicts feel genuine The portions that focus on physical and emotional abuse feel real enough to have you cringing and internally screaming at the characters to get the hell out of there Anything for Him is a solid thriller that will keep you on the edge of your seat unwilling to put it down until you ve read the last line Anything for Him No Escape 1 Wow I ve read so many psychological thrillers this year Some amazing some not quite hitting the mark Therefore picking up another in this genre it has to be really special This book is certainly something special Blew me away in leaps and bounds The writing style is easy to follow and moving from one era to another it keeps you extremely intrigued and quite impossible to put down If I dare say it has an essence of Into the Darkest Corner by Elizabeth Haynes one of my all time favourite psychological thrillers. Anything for himx yahoo 9 10 5 Stars Anything for Him No Escape 1 I have to say I struggled with this one The ending was super predictable and I saw the reveal coming from very very early on in the book I kept hoping there d be something else happening but there wasn t Trigger warning this book involves abuse and rape than once and that made the book hard to stomach This wasn t so much a thriller as it was psychological suspense focusing on a lot of abuse both in the flashback and present day chapters This was a quick read but wasn t one of my favorites Anything for Him No Escape 1 Felicity and Jay are roommates with benefits Jay especially has not been a one woman man although he now professes that is what he wants with Felicity. Book anything for him book Jay has a former friend who lives nearby He s still fuming over the fact a friend stole Jay s girlfriend when they were teenagers and he s dragging Felicity into a plan he has for revenge As Jay becomes unstable and manipulative Felicity becomes concerned.
