Second Chance Valentine ebooks I really liked the writing quite a bit It was simple enough and while I thought the story was just okay it was the characters and their interactions and relationship that kept me interested and kept me hooked I really liked the Alpha Beta relationship between Peter and John It was so different and unique for me because I m so use to it being Alpha Omega They were both great characters and I feel like they went through some pretty great development in such a short book It was quite impressive actually The romance was great.

EPub Second Chance valentine cards It started out ok but when the narrator argues that the hitman MC is a good guy because he only murders bad people I started to struggle with the characters Add to that telling than showing and badly handled plot development For example there is a scene where the MC is currently hiding at a safe house speaking on the phone He learns over the phone that the person posing a deadly threat have been released from prison A second later shooting erupts The timing seemed ridiculously simplistic to me and was another step in my growing disinterest in the story The one forgiving element were the smexy scenes which were better than the rest of the book This is my third failed attempt with this author s books and I ve come to the conclusion their writing style just isn t for me L.
