As I go on with the journey of this life filled with mysteries I m most likely to believe that all that we say and write are somehow connected in one way or the other with the rest of humanity present and past In our subconsciousness there lies a storage of vast memory of the books we read and words we heard from others even way back to our previous lives So my deep gratitude to all I received a review copy from the author for an honest review I came to learn that this book is actually a book one This book is a spiritual fiction it focuses on the events in the life of Teresa and Chris Two people connected by fate to be leaders This is my first time reading something like this and now I can say this book isn t really my cup of tea Regardless I think the book is good It s neatly written it easily flowed and the author used words that are easily understood Personally I think this is the kind of fiction youngsters should be reading Sure it s really fictional like while reading I sometimes lost the ground of reality but this contains values Hope Now on the technical stuffThe cover I know we shouldn t really judge a book by its cover but in reality people do look at the cover first When you walk in a bookstore to look for something new to read it s not the title you see first It s the cover That s why authors spend a lot of effort in making their covers catchy It also should tell the reader a little about the content of the book It should grab anyone s attention so they ll pick it up Once they have it that s the time they ll check the title the author and lastly the blurb at least that s how I catch myself checking out books The first chapter I really wanted to like the book I really do It s spiritual I felt like if I didn t like the book it will make me kind of bad I know it s silly But I read the prologue and it didn t catch my attention There s something I am looking for that I didn t see But I must say that the conversation between the fetus and God made me turn the pagejust for the sake of finding that something I was looking for Also the book is in third person omniscient format The description Sometimes the author is assuming that the reader knows what they are talking about As an author you should provide the experience for me a good story telling is a good balance of show and tell This book leaned on telling and it robbed me the experience Especially for the emotions I never felt connected to the protagonist and for me that is the most important thing in reading a book The experience The connection Regardless if this is a spiritual fiction These are my personal opinion and in no way meant to harm the feelings of the author I know how hard it is to write a book I really do I want to congratulate Mr Gavini in creating this book I know that as you continue to write your skills will be honed Teresa u0026 Chris This is my first time reading a book authored by a Filipino writer and the main genre would be somehow between Inspirational and Religion I agreed on this reading tour since It was my first time trying to widen my perspective on reading Filipino writers and one factor that I think I agreed was because it would be a refresher for my usual genre and I wanted to support a local author. Book Teresa & christmas Teresa and Chris is a short novel in which God talk within a soul of a fetus a baby in dreams it was a fascinating story that can acquire and learn from a person who is knowledgeable of theology and philosophy The novel taught me that there s to life to discover and to learn that there s other things that we could do all we need to do is to believe and follow and somehow have faith and hope. Teresa & chriswillx Find my review on interesting novel that captivate my attention and capture my perspective in a wider and broader way engulfs me into a new world to understand easier the knowledge and the philosophy behind religion that even science couldn t explain nor investigate This book is amazing and truthful in some ways that it discusses different issues that has been happened happening and soon to occur in my own home country. Self help teresa & christmas songs I like the book it has a sense it does not get boring you ll understand where the author is coming and you ll get to know an understanding about religion if you are religious or somehow inclined with spirituality this may be a book for you I highly recommend this book to those people who have an open minded perspective and tell me what are your thoughts after reading this book.My ratings 3.5 stars Teresa u0026 Chris
