Autosuggestion bedeutung Many people want to improve their lives and be successful Some people may have heard of autosuggestion affirmations or self talk as a way to do this But whether you use these techniques already or are completely new to the concept this book will show you how to say and think the right things to achieve your own success Autosuggestion Affirmations for the 21st Century is a short ebook It can be read in less than half an hour but the book covers a lot of information despite its short length The author suggests reading Think and Grow Rich by Napoleon Hill before reading this book as the techniques he explains are based upon the ones found in Hill s book While this would certainly help cement the ideas of autosuggestion I didn t need to read Hill s book to understand and use the techniques found in this one. Auto suggestions windows 11 The book starts off explaining a little about what autosuggestion is and the scientific background behind it Affirmations or self talking is just that talking to yourself We ve probably all heard of the idea of telling yourself something again and again until the thought sticks but often that isn t enough to truly convince us and the idea of affirmations is dismissed This book though is different the author explains the importance of not just what you say but how you say it And this information is backed by scientific research. Autosuggestion meaning The ebook is very easy to read and I was able to understand everything being explained I tried the techniques used in the book and they are very different from the self talking I d done before Of course anyone might feel a bit silly talking to themselves at first but I was pleasantly surprised with just how motivated I started to feel and I felt a new drive to succeed in what I was doing. Auto suggestion terminal Although the book can be read in less than half an hour it is the type you will be dipping in and out of to re read points again and it is easily formatted to let you do so The language used in the book is easy to read too Despite these good points there is something I dislike The first is the actual length Although it is good to have a book that doesn t have pages of useless information or too much description I do think this book could have gone into detail particularly in the area of creating your own affirmations There is only one real example of creating your own affirmations you are supposed to creatively come up with your own but some people may still struggle with knowing what to say particularly if the success they are seeking is different from the example given. Auto suggestion words The whole book is well written and could be read by teens as well as adults There is one use of the bs word and while I understand the context of this word in the preface it does feel unnecessary to have in a self improvement book. Autosuggestion kindle books Overall I think this is a great book for those seeking success in their lives and wanting to find a way to truly motivate themselves however the book still feels as though it relies on you first reading Think and Grow Rich which some people just won t want to and I believe it would be better if the book could have a bit detail and stand up on its own Autosuggestion Affirmations for the 21st Century
