I received a copy of this book in exchange for an honest review We ve all had dark thoughts cross our minds at one point in our life Most of us don t act on them It s like a fleeting thought and then it s gone Life hasn t been the same for Zeek Hale since his mom died He was finding it hard to deal with everyday life His anger and quick temper didn t help Zeek started having some dark thoughts His impulse to act on these thoughts were getting a little weaker every day Would Zeek finally act on his dark urges or will he keep them at bay I didn t know what to expect when I began reading As the story went on.

I found myself wanting to know about Zeek I felt for him at times Losing a loved one is never easy This story was different but in a good way I enjoyed it This is a dark read so proceed with caution I give this 4 stars English This thriller is NOT for the faint of heart But if you like getting in the head of someone going off the deep end this is your book I honestly couldn t put this down Like the old saying of not being able to look away from a bad accident I just had to keep going to see what was going to happen in the end Zeek s life changed the day his mother died in a car accident What once was a normal life turned into having dark thoughts of killing and not in a fast way torture Each time someone ticks him off it gets harder to control his rage So when he is faced with his mother s secret it puts him over the edge English
