It s uncertain how he comes to obtain this knowledge when the luminal key is lost Justice blatantly states he doesn t love her yet contradicts himself later He is also cheating on her despite knowing she s possessive and doesn t wish for him to have other lovers Krystal can also be annoying and confusing because she tells Justice she loves him but keeps insisting that she wants to go back to her own life There s definitely lust and attraction between Justice and Krystal which is evident from the start I liked the fact that she blushes when she sees him in his glory but wont have sex with him even though she finds him attractive Krystal literally spends her time taking in and mothering Justice s children from his lovers deceased wife The only thing that probably bothered me the most is that she risks her life to save Justice and his family time and time again yet he cheats on her Even at end he admits he loves his other lover but I don t recall him saying he loves her but he does ask her not to leave him It just comes across that he s using He gets annoyed and angry that she wants to go home but hates the thought of her first husband yet he expects her to tolerate his affair Take about confusing At the end of the book.

Whether in fact he has just used her to gain power in his clan or actually has in fact fallen in love with her I loved the fact that she became a mum to various children and doesn t just acknowledge them as her slaves but her children It was sweet when she was approached by the hang of lads in the underground who wanted a mother and a clan that they could be apart of and they help her right until the very end Another thing I liked is that Justice sensed her attraction to him and that he was protective of her Despite my criticisms I still enjoyed the book and found the narrative quite creative and engaging Science Fiction I feel a little torn here I enjoyed the action and fantasy of this story.

Book Liminal key ThinkbotLiminal Key at site_link Krystal Fisher is a neglected American housewife writing novels to make extra money for her farm and her husband When she s Magicked out of her backyard by two mischievous Elf toddlers Evan and Inga to an Alternate Earth called Niflheim or Ice Home planet of mist that orbits a Cold Black Sun in a Hot White Universe filled with Black Stars She unknowingly promises to marry their father an impossibly seductive and strong Elf soldier The flora fauna Fairies and humans feed off of the Cold energy from the Black Sun but it is fatal for all Elves they must hide underground or they will age rapidly and die a painful death from exposure Liminal KeyI loved this book From the first page it hooked me with its great characters and fast pace of action intrigue and love I couldn t put it down wanting to know what happened next. Liminal meaning in culture The main character Krystal is portrayed beautifully a strong but flawed heroine that I think many could relate to With elves fairies witches wizards and humans in alternate universes well this woman couldn t ask for . Book Liminal keybank login This was quite an interesting book with an unusual yet innovative narrative Krystal discovers elf children in her garden she helps them find their way home The children fly her back to their home but the people surrounding her are disgusted that she s even with elf young and would prefer her to leave them to die After her ordeal she gets them to their home only to find herself promising their dying mother that she will care for the young whilst she stays with them Little does she realise she s in fact agreed to marry their elf father Justice I liked the Sci fi fantasy element of the book which was good but sometimes I got really annoyed especially with Justice When he approaches the elders its apparent he knows about Krystal s children and that she s become a grandmother however everything was left up in the air such as war still going whether he breaks relations with his other lover but it had one thing I absolutely hate Cheating lots and lots and LOTS of completely accepted then glossed over cheating At one point the hero confesses to the other woman he does not love the heroine and also confesses to the heroine he loves the other woman The heroine spends the ENTIRE story wanting to return home without the hero yet claims to love him And to top it all off the story ends with not one thing resolved Literally nothing Other woman nothing her wanting to leave nothing the war nothing all just glossed over and unresolved Science Fiction
