I would have read this book if it was a full size novel It was a lot of fun and I will read of this series Piper Alexander 
Piper Alexander isn t a New York Times bestselling author yet but she s working on it writing action packed paranormal stories that are filled with mystery romance and plenty of laughs. The Vampire's Dreadful Read books What happens in Vegas stays in Vegas and that s just fine with Penny Dreadful when Sin City becomes too hot for her and her sisters because a few misguided vampire hunters think vampires are an abomination against nature Talk about rude Now Penny and her sisters Paige and Pita along with Granny Mags live in Transylvania Texas home of the oldest cemetery in the United States and the Dreadful Inn Bed Breakfast Life is going pretty good for the undead foursome until the director of the city library turns up dead with a book filled with blank pages offering the only clue The new sheriff is drop dead gorgeous but he s way out of his league when it comes to solving a supernatural murder so Penny takes it upon herself to find out who the culprit is before the supernatural shenanigans lure the hunters to town and Penny s new home goes up in smoke Along the way she teams up with a troublesome witch with a fascination for shoestrings and learns that words can do than hurt when a little magic is added Note Vampires of Transylvania Texas is a new supernatural series filled with fun sarcasm adventure and maybe just a touch of romance if Penny Paige and Pita play their cards right The Vampire s Dreadful Read Vampires of Transylvania Texas Book 1 The Vampires Dreadful Read was a cute and fun book The author does a great job of quickly getting to the point but gives you enough details so you don t feel like you missed anything along the way. Book The Vampire's Dreadful read theory The characters were all interesting and I would really like to know about them Each of the sisters is unique and Grams is just crazy I m sure she s got a story to tell of her own We are given just enough of each characters personality to know who they are on the surface and it certainly made me want to know about each and every one of them. The Vampire's Dreadful Read fantasypros The story is told very quickly but not in a rushed way I think it was a unique story and the whole town is going to be fun to get to know in future books Some of the ideas are a little bit clich d but I think it actually helps with this story instead of making it seem old and tired Piper Alexander has taken some old ideas and given them a fresh new concept that I really enjoyed. Book The Vampire's Dreadful read I look forward to reading from this author and about Transylvania Texas I would recommend this book to anyone looking for a quick and fun read about a family of vampires trying to make a new and hunter free life Piper Alexander Cute and entertaining When you get a series about vampires you usually end up with angst violence and darkness Well in this series you get sisters laughs and gun wielding grannies Its hilarious endearing with a fun mystery and an almost romance with the new sheriff Loved it and want Piper Alexander This Book Was Given To Me In Exchange For An Honest Review This is the first installment from debut author Piper Alexander and I have to say it is a pretty good one Cute fun fun filled paranormal novella and I am so excited to share my thoughts I was kind enough to be contacted by our author looking for reviews and as a lover of all things vampire I couldn t say no Clocking in at just 50 pages this novella will fly by and leave you begging for from debut author Piper Alexander Following the story of transplanted daughters of Dracula Penny Pita and Paige as they move from the Vegas strip to small town Texas chaos is sure to ensue When centuries old vampires move to the sticks in search of a calm quiet life will the sisters be able to handle the transition Will they along with their human Anthony and Granny Mags be able to keep their cool and blend in or will Transylvania Texas get the better of them After the local town librarian is murdered and Anthony attacked by an unknown being Penny and the gang jump into action to uncover the mystery before the culprit can strike again What the discover makes then realize that small town Transylvania may be hiding than they ever thought From vampires to witches and a werewolf thrown in for good measure Alexander has crafted an incredible fun novella that sets the stage for an incredible new paranormal series. The Vampire's Dreadful Read fantasypros The writing for this one was great and Alexander has quite the style making her work fun and witty I could set this one down and I absolutely cannot wait for the next full novel in this series I highly recommend this series to any fans of paranormal novels In that same vein I was very strongly reminded of Kristen Painter s Nocturne Falls series that s a huge favorite of mine These two series compliment each other in great ways I highly suggest fans of Painter s series add this one to their TBR I know we re only 50 pages into the series but I absolutely can t wait to read from Alexander and this series. The Vampire's Dreadful Read books The Vampire s Dreadful Read was a campy mystery about a new vampire family who has moved into town They have chosen the little town to try and be anonymous Somehow this little town that previously had no supernatural problems before suddenly have one crop up Of course the town is suspicious of their newest residents. Book The Vampire's Dreadful ready This book was a quick cute read The mystery is the main focus with only slight references to the cute sheriff I think the family members were supposed to be quirkier and sarcastic than I read them My favorite character was the witch She kept her supernatural abilities secret but liked to pull little pranks to amuse herself One would definitely be shoelaces She was good for a snicker. Mystery The Vampire's Dreadful readyrefresh I think The Vampire s Dreadful read definitely falls within the paranormal cozy mystery genre The concept of the mystery was interesting and I liked the idea that it involved a crazy book It will leave that thought in your head whenever you open your next book or are looking around a good used book store,
