I was looking for a good seafood book and got this one from the library Instantly fell in love with it only to be heartbroken when I learned from the publisher there were only a very few books published 30 euros each and a special edition 120 euros each that was only published for the likes of our president Michael D Higgins Seriously what about the home cooks who want to have a brilliant compendium to enhance their own fish dishes This book should be far accessible than it was made to be it is simply brilliant to showcase Ireland s seafood and the gastronomy created by Michael O Meara Looking further afield there are currently two copies of this book on Abe Books both listed for than 300 USD Ouch Super sad at the moment and keeping my fingers crossed that the publisher will come through and find one copy so I can buy it use it love it soil its pages make use of all the wonderful knowledge and share many of the beautiful locally sourced dishes with my loved ones 9780992690847
