1 This new series is a spin off from the authors Ujal series featuring aliens on Earth who have a lot in common with mythical mermen It s a series I ve followed but for some reason I have missed Dashing Through the Stars which introduced the Preor The Preor have suffered at the hands of a mass murderer and now just like the Ujal they are searching for compatible mates to save their race but not everyone is happy with the choice of humans. Jarek dyhouse Jarek feels his time is almost up and knows that when his mission is over he will take his final journey into the skies His race are fierce dragon shifters but Jarek is the much reviled son of the insane maniac who decimated the Preor Melissa has found her place working with the Ujal and is finally becoming happy with her lot but everything changes the day Jarek and his warriors arrive Something called the knowing sparks between them and Jarek rushes to claim what he considers to be his female but Melissa is a woman who chooses free will and escapes him Jarek would follow her but his enemies strike leaving the proud dragon injured.

Synonymous with paranormal romance that s usually titallating and fun I won t lie and say this is serious sci fi because this is meant to entertain and raise a smile or two What surprised me with this book was the lack of salacious scenes as it was the relationship that was front and centre Both hero and heroine are products of their pasts and both have been unfairly judged In order to be truly happy they have to accept what they cannot change and not be bogged down by guilt Thrown together at a time when Jarek is at his most vulnerable they gradually let their guards down but best of all accept somethings are out of our control I loved that the author took the storyline deeper but fear not as there is action as well as romance here If you ve read the Ujal stories the cameos will make you smile but if not it s a good place to start but for this reader it s time to chase down Dashing Through the Stars and catch upI was gifted a copy in exchange for an honest review Four and a half from me Jarek Dragons of Preor.

Jarek na wspolnej This series has an interesting world concept and how one finds their mate I like that the dragons while in man form have wings but also can shapeshift into a full dragon Their is a little conflict that arises in the Preor race and with the human women This adds to the emotions and build up I liked that Jarek and Melissa don t hop into bed right away even with the Knowing They take the time they need to get to know each other as individuals Especially since they both carry guilt for something that they didn t do but feel it s their burden to carry Once they do jump into bed it s steamy and sensual The story was satisfying and the romance was well developed I had a delightful time with this story and look forward to continue the series Rated 4 Stars Jarek Dragons of Preor 1 This mini review will cover Books 1 3 Jarek Taulan and Kozav KU rental which you know woot I get to use my subscription and get to binge read a series like this Sometimes you just need a hero with scales or a couple extra arms Scifi romance is an extension of shifter romances for me Here the Preor are basically dragon shifters from another planet Rowr There s a formula but it works for me Give me a protective hero not an alpha hole but all about protective and loving his woman and I love it and a good heroine who s overwhelmed with said love and I m in like Flynn Seems to have a few extra letters in key words just for the fuck of it like JR Ward aka the Warden This mostly happens in Kozav s book and it was a tad weird but I didn t mind that much There s minor inconsistencies from book to book very vague descriptions for the heroines It would take me out of the story on occasion One thing that did bug me was the heroes being described as copper skin yet each one seemed fairly pale on the cover Felt like those BBW romances that have a skinny chick on the cover as the heroine Just distracting and feels like false advertising Embrace their differences If your reader is picking up a sci fi romance chances are they re okay with different skin colors or features on the hero Just my two pennies. Jarek tadla 5 stars A guilty pleasure read I thought Ms Kyle Tate did a good job creating this verse and I was sucked in from jump If you re into sci fi romances I d recommend a look see at these big beasts. Jarek na emigracji żona When dragons find their mate an event called the Knowing affects the male and female The Knowing gifts both with all the knowledge of dragon history And I do mean ALL the knowledge Anything you wanna know the answer will pop in your head Human females are immediately able to read and understand the alien language It s pretty cool because no time is wasted in familiarizing the heroine with the laws customs rules traditions of the Preor dragons. Kindle jaki format My major dislike was the plot hole of how did Jarek heal his wings Jake is injured in an attack and his wings are pretty much hacked off and are only hanging on by the skin The muscle and bone are severed and the healers were unable to heal him The surgery center on their space ship is destroyed so he is unable to undergo surgery Yet he is able to shift to a dragon and fly soon after injury during his recovery I meanWTH How Plot holes like that drive me crazy They make me reread passages wondering if I missed something but knowI didn t miss anything Oh Well I m willing to try the next book in the series I really like the concept of alien dragons coming to earth to find mates Jarek Dragons of Preor 1 DNF 20 %This is BORING. Kindle jaki format e everyone I should ve DNF ed this but I kept thinking dragons aliens it can t keep sucking forever But it can The end Jarek Dragons of Preor 1 This book is a gem This book hit all the right buttons It was hot sweet passion filled and at times angsty but always emotionally satisfying The plot setting and character development were on point and yet the highlight of the plot was the satisfying and well developed romance I really liked the heroine but the hero was the star of the book He was perfect and utterly loveable The secondary characters were intriguing especially since some of them are from previous series so I can t wait to discover their stories Jarek Dragons of Preor 1 RATING No rating 0.
