Site_link post a commentI found this book very helpful when i was facing to some extent both anxiety and depression at a stage in my life It makes you aware of WHAT you may be facing and explains HOW to cope with it in order to manage your feelings and thought in everyday life It is a very useful book and very simply written that everyone at any age can read it and easily understand it I would definitely recommend it to everyone Joan Zawatzky
