Cool enough for a zombie plague sci fi but it frankly loses points for the misleading title This really does not do much in recreating the lore tone or narrative of Lone Wolf and Cub rather pasting them into a political apocalypse action story. Book lone wolf 2100 pdf No ominous villains no samurai code just not enough Eric Heisserer Ugh The idea behind this comic is fine The premise might even be enjoyable if you didn t come into this with any expectations Because this was called Lone Wolf and took it s inspiration from Lone Wolf and Cub I hoped it would be better than this I really liked the original series and it had some pretty dramatic story telling This carried almost none of the emotional weight of the story telling that one did The similarities stopped after guy with child fights other guys Eric Heisserer I enjoyed this one but rather than continue the story from the original Lone Wolf 2100 this one took things in a somewhat different direction So this is almost like a reboot of a reboot which is a little odd This series mixes Lone Wolf and Cub with I Am Legend which works but just isn t what I was expecting Also where as the first Lone Wolf 2100 series was basically manga this was of an American style comic Once again not bad just not what you d expect So overall I enjoyed this but keep in mind this isn t that closely related either to the original Lone Wolf and Cub nor the past Lone Wolf 2100 Eric Heisserer A terminator escorts a zombie cure S alright Eric Heisserer Very good storyline and artwork. Why call this Lone Wolf if you aren t going to add any martial arts Martial arts vs zombies and cyber ninjas would be cool However they forgot to add in the martial arts I rarely give one star reviews but this is it There s nothing here pass on it and find another zombie book Eric Heisserer Story 6 10Characters 4Setting 4Prose 4 Eric Heisserer Enjoyed Eric Heisserer Interesting but not as good as the previous Lone Wolf 2100 stories Still worth a read specially if you re a completist like me Eric Heisserer.
