For if you start them young then they will grow to have a love for reading and adventure 38 I read this to my 4 YO grandson He is advanced for his age with a photographic memory but he was bored I don t think the story had enough interest for most kids over 3 I prefer books kids enjoy hearing again again he had MANY of those 38 What a beautiful short bedtime story this was of one wishing to be a whale I enjoyed this story and it s illustrations that were also beautiful to endear For these reasons I would like to recommend this for five stars and for kids ages 2 6 I received this for free and in return.
