What a great refreshing take on paranormal genre Cemetery Owner was simply a treat with witty dialogues unconventional characters and unpredictable turns and twists of the plot Elias the night guard of the Caju cemetery suspects that something strange is going on and being a mortal doesn t suspect at first about the secret life of the spiritual cemetery keeper Ze Maria and his helpers the spirits I really enjoyed the concept of the book where the spirits are portrayed as very human with their own ongoing quarrels and affections and with trying to find their paths even in the afterlife The character of Soraya was probably one of my favorites with her sharp tongue and feisty attitude All in all it was a very enjoyable entertaining read which I highly recommend to all the lovers of the paranormal genre Five stars The Cemetery Owner
