Üç güzel bebekleri olur; Selvinaz, Aslan ve Cevanşir Ama boynundan o kolyeyi de hiç çıkarmaz, onun aşkı halkının özgürlük aşkına dönüşmüştür artık. Çalkantılı zamanın etkisiyle, eskinin kahramanları birden eşkıya olarak görülmeye başlanır. Şevketin uğruna yaşamını feda etmeyi göze aldığı halkı belki de onu hiçbir zaman anlayamayacaktır. Erkan Karagöz, Rus Kızı Vasilisanın birinci cildinde bizi Şevket ile Vasilisanın aşklarının gölgesinde Rus Devrimi sonrasının hallaç pamuğu gibi dağılmış halklarının arasında gezdirmişti. İkinci kitabı Yüreğinin Seğirdiği Andır Aşkta ise bu aşkın gizlerini ele veriyor, bir adamın ve bir aşkın, nesiller boyu bir ailenin kaderini nasıl değiştireceğini anlatıyor
