Loved it Such fun Dylan sigh teamballsCan t wait for Tyler s book ebook Who d have thought that an innocent book nerds meet up would have ended up with Andie writing a book based on a vile sweet called Camels Ball Not me but this novella had me laughing so hard As much as I love books set in the US there s something familiar about a book set in the UK it s like that could be me that could be my life and the humor there s nothing quite like the British humor and this book had me laughing out After Camille is humiliated at high school by Dylan Ball she moves away to uni and the nickname Camille s toe is forgotten Fast forward 5 years and Camille is back she left her hometown for further studies But after five years destiny cross their path Camille had some work in bank the same bank where Dylan is the assistant manager. Balls jumping Camille returns home to Rotherham her home town Everyone has grown up but something s never change After a date with her high school crush she realises the one guy she disliked from school may not be as bad as she thought This is a fun story ebook I really enjoyed Balls A fun quick read Loved the characters especially Camille s mum Looking forward to Tyler s book ebook 5 stars For someone who normally dislikes novellas I devoured and swallowed Balls up whole Pun intended I am always going to be extra supportive of British authors And even so of those who use British terminology Andie and Balls didn t disappoint Camille hadn t had the smoothest of rides through school She left home to attend university and escape from her main tormentor Dylan Balls Fast forward to graduation and her return home to open her own business At 21 She ll show them all what she is capable of Of course being a small town it was a certainty that at some point Camille s past would catch up with her This includes her old crush Jack Newly divorced 21 year old father of two What follows is humorous almost slapstick comedy I laughed so much particularly at what Camille s best friend Beth and Mum Dora was saying or doing The first of four standalone novellas I m excited to see what happens next in the series and importantly what happens when Camille s 25 year old brother Tyler does once he s evicted from living with the parents Thank you Andie for being in Birmingham with us that day ebook Dylan Ball is the source of an unflattering picture of Camille Turner which results in her living out her high school days under the moniker of Camille Toe It s forgotten in her years away at college but now back in town for the opening of her new kids play center business it s time for a high school reunion of sorts. Ballseed.com Some parts of the story were cute and had mild humor Dylan is kinda a cutie in a reformed brat bad boy way There was certainly potential for the story to be than what it is but as it is it fell short for me Overall it seemed rushed It s a quick read and there s a lot of drama over romance Actually there isn t much romance at all so it s probably better classified as chick lit If you re looking for a sweet love story this isn t it. Balls of fury I found this group of former classmates rather immature and there s so much lack of communication for characters in a post college age group although I ll admit I wasn t always sure that time line added up but it could have been a cultural difference Told via Camille s first person POV Balls is the first in a standalone series The next book features her brother and a sample is included ARC received in exchange for an honest review ebook
