D a galloway books There is a tantalising glimpse of a wonderful and exciting fantasy world magic and myth music and lore There are elements of Lord of the Rings and the Kingkiller Chronicles embedded within it and fans of either will enjoy this I am in fact convinced that the barrow scene late on in the book would have made Tolkien proud I hope that the world here is expanded on some day. Book the galloway road nyc What I can say is that the read is a good fantasy story with magic ballads and mystical places filled with the unrestful dead It s a journey that s a type of coming of age for Renna where she learns to believe in herself and the value of her companions I will say that I never really expected her to become so close to Brett There was a subtle lesson in that relationship for Renna and she not only learned it but it became the basis for what allowed her to enter the dark place and stand tall with resolve and bravery The confrontation with the magical being who wore Naize s face allowed Renna to forgive herself and in doing so she was able to get past the last blocks to her power. D a galloway books There is definitely potential in the story the characters are interesting and if there was a full length novel about them I would consider reading it but this one fell flat ebook THE GALLOWAY ROAD was a fun short and creepy read that I m glad I got around to reading First because yay ace protagonist and the rep is good as in I can t remember major flaws or heeh that s iffy moment not as in holy shit this is IT But also because this book puts a lot of emphasis on friendship and its value and manages to develop the characters involved in said friendship fast enough despite the limited space My main only gripe is that the editing is irregular like say random tense changes that don t serve purpose and I feel like it could have been polished .
