Nightmare slain vs prey slaughtered
This book is like reading a B Movie and there are a few glimmers of interesting ideas scattered throughout However mostly this book reads like the very rough draft of an inexperienced writer. The prey series book 1 There are too many characters and all of them are hollow caricatures who awkwardly flirt and fawn over each other during life threatening situations I could barely keep track of who was who because they were all essentially the same person It looks like this was originally supposed to be a trilogy but I haven t found the 2nd or 3rd books yet I m curious if later books would show improvement. Prey at night book Overall I didn t love this book It was pretty rough to get through but it also kept me reading mostly because it reminded me of a low budget straight to video 80 s movie 244
