Book cappuccino and whiskey splash page The Author needs to find some ARC readers who are going to be honest cause that makes the book not as good or a different editor English KU soap operaI have mixed feelings with this book Kari who really brings no substance to the book yes she is the world famous singer but really nothing else marries Giampaolo who is utterly ruthless perfect for the mafia part loved him along with his brothers who are equally ruthless IMO the drama from Kari s side of the family is what took away from the book The story line for Paolo and the Montovani men are so good that they can sustain the series alone I get that the issues between Karla and Kari are eyebrow raising but they took center stage when I feel they should have been for lack of a better term back up again JMO. Cappuccino and whiskey splashing water recipe We see the introduction of characters like Aliza and Jenna Aquafina whose names alone had me side eyeing their purpose And Chase the twin brother from another mother bastard son I really enjoy this authors writing on the mafia concept However I don t know if I want to continue the series next one drops soon I hope it focuses on the Montovani men and Karisma and less on her fame and family English
