I think The Definitive Deadpool proved that I love Deadpool as a character but not so much his story He is genuinely funny making jokes in all the wrong places and breaking the fourth wall but I think that s the novelty of his character The actual story lines didn t impress me much sometimes not making much sense without context or just generally not engaging Saying that the four part Weapon X story line was absolutely fantastic and Deadpool s relationship with Death was a complete surprise I would love to see that in the movies.
