Meh Kris Gethin This was a terrific book about one of the trainers I follow daily to get in better shape This is NOT an exercise book or anything about bodybuilding advice but a memoir I really enjoyed it It was interesting to read about all of Kris adventures abroad I highly recommend if you are following any of Kris Gethin s training plans This really rounds out the total picture Kris Gethin
