Some great material here which could ve been mixed about I found the concepts innovative but info dumped due to the flash forward type start of the narrative The characters while well mapped out don t get much of a built until the mid way point Decently read though the lead villian s treatment felt a bit cliched with OTT sinister laughs Doctor Who Washington Burns Ace and the Doctor are in America during the war of 1812 Doctor Who Washington Burns In the third release of Big Finish s sixth series of Short Trips the Seventh Doctor and Ace battle an evil sentient computer system Their fight takes them to Washington D. C during the War of 1812 It s a decent story and Sophue Aldred makes a good narrator It s not one of the best short trips but s not terrible Doctor Who Washington Burns
