Seriously bad Any doctor conducting medical research in this manner would be struck from the medical register and here we have two of them Plus in this first book there is an awful lot of fat shaming I presume that this changes in subsequent books but I disliked that Miranda was made into the butt of the joke and that she had absolutely no confidence despite her extraordinary academic ability.
