Skiing is murderapolis Adrian Blackwell an Olympic gold medalist skiier is found dead on the mountain Some people including Sara believe something is suspicious because a skiier of Adrian s caliber would not just have an accident on the slopes. Skiing is murderatoldfields I do like the relationship between Sean and Sara Granted they don t have the money troubles that other married couples do but they don t agree on everything Sean wants to be on vacation Sara would rather investigate Adrian s suspicious murder Sean wants to go skiing Sara would rather go to the spa and go shopping I confess I have to side with Sean on that one especially if you live far away from the resort I had my first skiing lesson when I was twelve we had just moved to Utah I remember racing down the mountain to get that one run in When I got back to the car or the room I could have used a spa visit or two though There were a lot of people using disguises in this book mostly to find out information that would enhance the investigation Sean Sara or further whatever ends they happen to have for whatever reason And no I cannot be specific than that And don t we all wear costumes at one time or another Having acted on the stage many years ago I can especially relate to that aspect Although I ve never done it to hide alter my true identity to keep myself safe And I probably won t do that ever. Skiing is murderdolls band There are a number of out of the ordinary aspects to this cozy mystery and that s a good thing as it helps keep the genre fresh Somebody ought to write a series of cozies one installment written in each state or province Kudos to Ms Arnold for being from Canada and so well writing a book that is set in Colorado. Skiing is murdercrumpet twitch So would I read other books in this series or by this author Absotively posolutely Disclosure I received a copy of this book in exchange for my objective review Carolyn Arnold another great installment with Sean Sara I think the main thing I love about these books is that they are just over 100 pages The story does not lose out on anything by being about half the length of normal books other than it is sometimes hard to pinpoint who is a viable suspect Of course you have to feel a bit sorry for Sean Sara they are in Vail on vacation and get sucked into solving a murder just ahead of the police due to a piece of evidence they found that was overlooked by the police Once you know what it is you will have a good idea of who the killer might beor maybe not I look forward to crime solving with these two Carolyn Arnold I could not wait to read a new book of this series these cozy mystery are short but very exciting with two great private investigators The plot kept me on edge from start to finish I was excited each time I got to turn the page. Skiing is murderapolis Since their honeymoon Sean and Sara are persecuted by the murders They have decided to take a short vacation in Vail Colorado hoping to spend a few relaxing days together skiing But their bad luck pursued them An Olympic champion in skiing is found dead it seems that it was an accident but Sarah is not convinced Sean doesn t want to ruin their holiday and then their PI license doesn t allow them to work in Colorado But Sara s sense of justice prevails over everything and they investigate secretly trying to avoid being discovered by the police.
