He just seemed like a sad man to me Andie s mom and aunt Chloe are just plane crazy but you had to laugh at aunt Chloe I wish there was a second book as I would love to hear about this family and what happens next A Carol Christmas A fun and crazy Christmas story Just like real life I really enjoyed every minute of this story with down to earth characters I could relate to A must read for the Christmas season or any time In fact this would make for an AWESOME Christmas movie A Carol Christmas Didn t like this one too much The female characters were tacky and bratty Not enjoyable characters to read about A Carol Christmas A Carol Christmas by Sheila Roberts was nutty.

One of my favorite authors wrote another great Christmas book I don t know what it is but Sheila has a way of writing a story that could be about your family not just some characters in a book Who does not think that their family is crazy and dysfunctional I have to say I felt bad for Andie when she got back home and things started going bad from the moment she got home Then things just kept getting worse as the days go by Then you have Gabe who just wants to prove he has changed and wants Andie back Next we have Andie s dad he was another one I felt bad for heartfelt sarcastic and downright hilarious Not only does this book perfectly encapsulate the than average deranged family but also embracement and even second chances at love I thoroughly enjoyed reading this novel I easily related to Andie and understood her stance I enjoyed the dry humor and sarcasm throughout the book especially the sentimental feel good ending My only issue with this book is that it seemed to have several grammar errors at least for the kindle version I get that no one is perfect I m certainly not and I am sure if you look hard enough I have those same flaws through this blog you re reading But those errors probably should have been detected throughout the editing processes Despite those flaws I enjoyed the story of A Carol Christmas No spoilers here on the ending But I promise it ends leaving you all warm and fuzzy inside I couldn t put this book down once I started The Hartwell family most certainly keeps the reader on his or her toes If you want a hilarious yet tender hearted book to read this novel is the perfect match You can also check out the book review for this book on my blog at A Carol Christmas Families and ChristmasWho doesn t have an eccentric family member or two However for Andie there was no need to count eccentric included the entire family herself excluded of course Add the Christmas holidays to the fray and you ve got the very reason she chose to stay away Except this year that is Plummeted with guilt she finds her way back to Carol home sweet home What embarrassing happenings could possibly occur in the few days she had no choice to endure Making matters worse came her fear of being overlooked at work Torn between home and work made her appear haughty Whoa maybe she was a voice spoke to her Then bedlam takes place to top all the past bedlams.
