Another fantastic read 441 Robin Roughley never disappoints as he continues to deliver yet another absolutely riveting read that will give you insomnia until you devour the last word From the very first page I was hooked again Scared and apprehensive for the little old man with his little dog on the tow path as darkness begins to fall This is an intense and gruesome novel that is totally up the street for Crime Thriller readers You really should read the series to get the full impact of the book though as the core characters play than a major role in this story The past is about to hurtle forward into present day with devastating results that will impact all their lives forever Then throw in Brewster a local reporter with a festering grudge Emotions run high both in the book and as a reader it is all so electrically charged and adrenaline fuelled D. Moments Back book S Lasser is my all time favourite character and I read 4 5 books per week The dedication to get the bad guy his loyalty to the few friends he has but most of all I love his dark side that he struggles to control This book is earthy and gritty as Robin Roughley continues to deliver his dry humour of one liners through D. EBook Moments backrooms I m on to 11 Love this series 441 Wonderful as usual I simply can t get enough of DI Lasser and friends Everyone comes to life in these books and I find myself holding my breath at times and even saying a prayer for them when they are in trouble that s how real the writer brings the story to life 441
